Do I need an account to print?
No. Guest printing only needs your name and phone number so we can match a refund if hardware fails. Create an account if you want a wallet and print history. See How Tap4Print works.
When does printing start?
Only after the backend verifies UPI, card, net banking, or wallet. The kiosk never trusts a frontend success message. That is automated printing and is restated on Security.
What if printing fails after payment?
The system creates a refund. Wallet payments return to wallet; gateway payments initiate a gateway refund. Read the Refund policy and keep the order id from the success screen or Contact us.
Are my documents stored?
Only as long as needed. Temporary files are deleted after printing or after the configured retention period (typically 24 hours). Details: Privacy policy and Security.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG, within the size limit configured by Super Admin. Export Word or Google Docs to PDF first — How to print a document.
Can I print from my phone?
Yes. Scan the kiosk QR, upload the file in the mobile browser, then finish options and payment at the machine. Guides: Print from phone and How to print from your phone.
Is the kiosk QR a UPI payment QR?
No. It is a session upload link for QR code printing. You pay after you see the quote.
Do you offer 24/7 printing?
Only if that location’s hours say so. Check the location page. Many sites close around 10:00 PM. Do not assume 24-hour access. See extended-hours printing.

Use Find a kiosk by city, area, or PIN, then open Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, or Mumbai for live status.
How much does printing cost?
Public per-page rates before GST are on Pricing. Estimate a full job on the printing calculator. A location can override the public table. The quote on the kiosk is the price for that job.
Can I print in color?
Yes at kiosks that list Color and have healthy toner. Color costs more per page. Read color printing and B&W vs color.
Can I print double-sided?
Yes. Set sides to Double in configure before you pay. Double-sided printing and How to print double-sided. Booklet binding is not offered.
Is A3 available everywhere?

Can I mix color and black and white in one job?

Do you spiral-bind or laminate?
No. A kiosk prints sheets. You clip or bind the stack yourself.
