From paper back to paper

Place pages on the scanner, review the preview, drop bad pages, then choose copies, color, and duplex just like an uploaded job.

Signed forms, handwritten notes, mark sheets, and office papers that only exist as hard copies.

Scan documents, then print copies

Scan-and-print is for originals that are not already a file: a signed form, a marked assignment, a note that cannot leave the desk. You scan pages, preview, drop bad sides, and the kiosk builds a PDF. Then you choose paper, color, copies, and pay like any other document printing job.

This path is useful in libraries and hospitals when the paper cannot become a phone photo. The generated PDF is deleted on the same retention clock as uploads — see the Privacy policy and Security.

Quality and options after the scan

Crooked or dark scans look better in black and white. Colour certificates should stay color if the toner is healthy. You can print more than one copy of the scanned PDF in the same paid job.

Frequently asked questions

Do scanned files stay on the kiosk?

The generated PDF follows the same retention policy as uploads. It is deleted after print or after the retention hours.

Does scan-and-print email me the PDF?

No. The kiosk builds a temporary PDF, prints it, and deletes it on the retention clock. It is not a cloud scanner.

Can I scan a book?

You can scan flat pages you are allowed to copy. The glass is a document scanner, not a book-edge copier.
