The product is a kiosk network, not a single printer driver. These features exist so a stranger can print documents in a public place without staff taking a pendrive behind a counter — and without the next stranger seeing the file.
Fast, queue-aware printing
When payment clears, the job is queued for the printer attached to that kiosk. The agent does not send two jobs to the same device at once. That avoids the classic shared-printer pile-up during assignment week. Live status (online, printing, paper low, offline) is what you see on location pages.
Secure upload and scan
QR code printing binds the phone upload to one session token. Scan and print builds a PDF from paper and then uses the same options and payment path. Files are validated and stored temporarily. Security explains retention and audit.
Print options the pricing engine understands
A4, A3, Letter, and Legal. Color or B&W. Single or double sided. Copies and custom page ranges. GST is applied on the quote. Super Admin can publish a global table and override a campus or mall. Compare rates on Pricing and estimate on the calculator.
Payments people already have
UPI, cards, net banking, and a ledger wallet. The kiosk never treats a frontend success message as cash. That is why automated printing can run unattended. Failed paid jobs follow the Refund policy.
Wallet and history
Customers who log in can keep a balance, see print history, and download receipts. Those screens are product pages (noindex) because they are account-specific. The public explanation lives here and in FAQ.
Operations for hosts
Operators refill paper and toner. Location managers own a cluster. Super Admin sees the network, pricing, refunds, and audit. If you want this in a college or office, start at Tap4Print for business or become a partner.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an app store app?
Not required. Phone upload is a mobile web page opened from the kiosk QR. See print from phone.
Can every kiosk do A3 and color?
Only if that location lists those services. Connaught Place and Cyber Hub currently list A3 and color.
Is guest print less secure?
Guest still uses session timeout and file deletion. Wallet only adds a reusable login. Read Privacy.
